Terms and Conditions

1. Campaign Validity & Eligibility

1. The reward program runs from 22 Sept 2025 to 15 Jan 2026.
2. Only closed lots count toward the total qualifying volume. Open or partially closed trades do not count.
3. Trading that counts toward the program must be completed within the campaign period.
4. Each individual trade must be held for a minimum of 3 minutes to qualify toward total volume.
5. Capital or profits may be withdrawn at any time during the campaign; withdrawals do not automatically disqualify prior closed lots, but clients should note any effect on ongoing volume calculations.

2. Enrollment & Acknowledgment

1. To participate, the client must email [email protected] expressing intent to join and confirming acceptance of the Terms & Conditions provided by their Accounts Manager.
2. Participation becomes active only after Giraffe Markets sends an acknowledgment email to the client.
3. Giraffe Markets may request additional verification or documentation to confirm eligibility.

3. Reward Substitution

1. When multiple reward options exist, participants may select one reward within the eligible tier.
2. If a specific product is unavailable, Giraffe Markets may substitute an item of equivalent or higher value.

4. Trading Account Eligibility

1. This program applies to trades recorded under clients' MT accounts at Giraffe Markets, including direct trades and legitimate copy-trading activities where allowed by the program rules.
2. Trades executed under PAMM accounts are not eligible.
3. Trades executed entirely via Expert Advisors (EAs), pattern-based trading, group hedging strategies, scalping practices, or other automated/abusive strategies are not eligible and may result in disqualification.

5. General Terms and Conditions

1. Only one reward may be claimed per MT account under this program. After a reward is claimed, the traded-lots counter for that MT account will be reset to zero; the client may re-participate with fresh deposits and additional trading lots.
2. The program cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Giraffe Markets.
3. All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.
4. The use of Copy Trading, PAMM accounts, group hedging strategies, and pattern-based or automated trading practices is strictly prohibited under this bonus program.

6. IB Responsibilities

1. Introducing Brokers (IBs) are responsible for ensuring referred clients do not misuse or abuse the trading system through illicit practices.
2. IBs must accurately profile their referred clients and provide necessary insights to assist system verification and due diligence processes.

7. Swaps, Charges & Modifications

1. Swap charges apply based on daily rates provided by liquidity providers and follow standard MT account logic.
2. Giraffe Markets may modify, suspend, or terminate this bonus program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to participants in advance where possible.

8. Reward Declaration & Distribution

1. Rewards will be declared monthly on or before the 10th of each month for participants who qualified in the previous month.
2. Once rewards are declared, the client may either:
   1. Accept the declared reward
   2. Continue participating to aim for the next reward tier
3. Rewards will be processed and delivered within 30 days after declaration.
4. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and participant location.
5. At the end of the program, any pending rewards will be declared within two weeks of program close and distributed within 30 days of verification.

9. Travel Reward Details

1. Travel rewards include airfare from the departure country's capital airport to the destination airport and hotel accommodation as specified in the reward package.
2. Clients are responsible for visa fees, travel permits, travel insurance, meals, local transfers beyond airport-to-hotel, and any other incidental expenses unless otherwise specified.

10. Reward Product Disclaimer

All reward products will be supplied by respective dealers or distributors. Product services and warranties follow the manufacturer's policy. Giraffe Markets is not responsible for product service, warranties, or after-sales support beyond facilitating delivery.

11. Final Decision

Giraffe Markets reserves the right to interpret these Terms & Conditions, resolve disputes, and make final decisions regarding eligibility and reward distribution.

By participating, IBs and traders agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and the company's standard policies.
